An oil obtained from olives rooted in Mas Auró, some hundred-year-old olive trees that are part of the geological scope of D.O.P. Protected Designation of Origin, Emporda oil.

We encourage you to visit Mas Auró so that you can see first-hand the process of obtaining and producing the four varieties of oil they have. You will find it just 7 minutes from the Hotel, in the town of Esponellà.

We want you to be able to enjoy and try the 0 km products from the lands around us. For this reason, our suppliers are from the agri-food area of ​​Pla de l'Estany and Alt Empordà, where the livestock and crop fields have the optimal qualities to obtain the best quality, organic, artisan products.

Finally, you can book a guided visit to the Mas Alba cheese factory where you can enjoy the habitat where the goats are found, you will see the cheese factory where the cheeses are made, you can go down to the maturation cave and with a final tasting.
